The Service is provided as beta software. It may be incomplete, unstable, or change without notice. Features may break, data may be lost, and downtime may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service.
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: post unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringing content; distribute spam or malware or attempt to disrupt or breach the Service; circumvent rate limits, abuse controls, moderation, or access controls; impersonate others; harm minors or share illegal content; or scrape or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to it.
Server owners and our operators may moderate content, including removing messages and banning users. Audit logs and reporting tools support fair moderation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Fossier Studio and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property beyond using the Service as intended.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will not be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fossier Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. This is beta software provided free of charge; you use it at your own risk.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
